In the March 26 issue of All You
magazine, my wife, Carrie, has had following recipe featured: 
The roll-ups really are quite good, and of
course, the black-and-white picture hardly does justice to the visual
appeal of the dish. In addition to the instructions here, the chef
herself does suggest that the “sprinkl[ing] with mozzarella” (#4) should
be done rather generously.
